As a guest, I received exceptional assistance from the hotel staff on my arrival and later in the evening. The desk agent went above and beyond to make sure that my food delivery order was taken care of, which was very much appreciated. I also found the room layout to be very usable and the windows provided ample fresh air. All other aspects that I experienced during my stay were on par with hotels in this price range.

The breakfast and other amenities are up to standard for hotels in this price range, with some additional advantages like free parking and stunning architecture.

The architecture and the setting of the hotel were phenomenal, and the layout of the room was very usable. It was nice to see that the rooms were designed for people, with windows that opened to get fresh air. the hotel was just a half-hour drive from downtown, which saved me money on parking.

While I understand it is a new location, it would have been nice to have that option available.

While the hotel was conveniently located for getting to downtown Philadelphia, it was a bit of a distance from my business location. , there was no food or drink service on site, which was a bit of a disappointment after a long day of travel.

I had a wonderful stay at Residence Inn in Philadelphia. The rooms were designed with the guest in mind, allowing fresh air to flow in through the windows and even a fan in the bathroom. The layout of the room was functional and comfortable. The architecture and setting of the hotel were simply breathtaking.
